(Beijing Language and Culture University Press, 2007), and chiefly compiled or
participated in compiling textbooks and reference books such as Chinese Crash Course: Integrated Textbook
(Third Edition), Elementary Chinese Listening
Crash Course and Practical English
and Chinese Dictionary, etc. More than 40 papers were published. He was
elected as an excellent teacher in Beijing in 1993 and 1995, and a national
excellent teacher in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language in 2002. He was
awarded a title of "Famous Teacher of Colleges and Universities in Beijing"
in 2003.
