Classical Poetry and Writings Recitation elaborately selects 300 ancient

the main ideas of the works. The whole series is divided into three volumes, i.e.,
elementary, intermediate and advanced, each of which is accompanied by a
classical recitation recorded by the editor. The whole book advocates Chinese
and foreign students to recite excellent classical poetry and writings of China
step by step, understand the excellent Chinese traditional culture and improve
the appreciation ability and comprehensive literacy, in order to boost
international Chinese education.
Qiu Haiping, associate professor of College of
International Cultural Exchange, Hebei Normal University, and postgraduate
tutor in Ancient Chinese Literature and Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other
Languages, has been engaged in teaching and research of ancient Chinese
literature and Chinese culture for a long time, whose main courses include
History of Ancient Chinese Literature, Selected Works of Ancient Chinese

This book can be used with accompanying audio to recite classic works of Chinese ancient poetry and writings. This optional course takes 2-4 class hours per week.
