Firstly, by adopting an inter-enterprise perspective and combining strategic orientation with interactive ability, this book distinguishes two major dimensions, namely market-oriented interaction and technology-oriented interaction, expands the theoretical framework of innovative studies and provides empirical support.
Secondly, this book studies the two behaviors development and utilization from the perspective of the relationship between enterprises and explains and tests the intermediary role played by the relational behaviors in the influence that the inter-enterprise strategic interaction orientation exert on the collaborative creative performance, thus providing a further empirical evidence for the theoretical framework “ability-behavior-performance”.
