This book is a practical teaching material for the learning of Chinese pronunciation and the practicing of standard pronunciation. The preface gives a concise but systematic introduction to Chinese phonetics. The main body includes 14 lessons, each of which is composed of two parts—instruction and exercise, with focus put on the latter.
